Description
open up NFS-TexEd then open your GlobalB.lzc with NFS-TexEd located in
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\GLOBAL
copy and paste it in a new folder in documents or anywhere you like
After that scroll down to ID#6 license_plate go up to texture and press import and import it with one of my .DDS files then save and go back to the folder with the globalb.lzc copy and paste it back in the original spot
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\GLOBAL
