Hi!!! I am Toufik Salime aka TFK640 from Algeria
2day i will present to you the open-source files for neons and licensplates customization options in NFSMW

the parts Modeled by myself
and the debug for licensplate is also done by myself
and the neon debug (from nfsw led neons) is made originally by EA/Quicklimes Games and modified by me
and i uploaded these files in purpose of making other MW car converters include neons or licensplate tunning section "if he wanna of course" in his WIP car and with least time as possible and more easily

A/FEATURES
1-these customizations options replace in game number sections but you can make them replace the in game decals section if you want and you can even make the rollcage custoization section replace numbers or decals section just unleash your creativity
2-these customizations options differs from one widebodykit to another in meshes (for exmaple you make the 4th bodykit without licensplate at all or the 3rd bodykit without neons)
but they are common in textures
3-you find these tunning options only in your WIP car with these customization option included not in another car mods wich are released before these files are uploaded nor in nonmodded cars (in game cars)
4-they are unique in another words the AI opponents doenst use them nor the traffic cars nor the cop cars (it gives more realism) and looks better unlike the traditional neon mods

B/BUGS

********Legends: -fixable bug –fixable bugs ==unfixable bugs (impossibles)*******

a-the neon installed doesnt follow the shadow while the car jumping== (i dunno if this can be considered as bug or not)
b-when you tune an non-modded car (in game cars) in numbers sections youll find the screwed up licensplate and neon texture in the doors

BECAUSE I have invested a lot of time in thinking on it first (how to make it) then making it works well then i am very tired. So please respect my work. Please dont steal & make duplicate copies of this file. (like SLZ Roadstar always says)

E/HOW TO USE

1-there are the 3 formats for the neons and licensplates parts
obj with mtl and z3d (zdmodeler2 version) and z3d (zdmodeler 1 version) and the licensplate debug and neon debug and the xlink for decals and numbers
so import the file in your WIP car in any format you like

2-rename the imported part by only replacing the "x" by numbers from 0 to 5 or you can rename it into another node from the xlink of this package if you want to replace decals sections
3-in your matlist360 add this

LICPLATE=LICENSEPLATE/DUMMY_NUMBER_RIGHT or DECALN (N is a number from 1 to 9)
NEON=DECAL/DUMMY_NUMBER_LEFT or DECALN (N is a number from 1 to 9)
(PS i dont know what is the best shader for the neons since i am not very experienced with shader work)

then open xlink in this package and select all and copy and paste in your xlink360

4-save your mw360.z3d and export it to mwr format then compile
5-install the updated car in the game and go to decals or numbers sections youll notice ingame numbers are out of their usual place
6-to fix that you have two ways
a/the easy way use umod or texmod by ripping the in game numbers or decals and replace them with neon or licensplate textures "umod is recomended because its faster and easier"
b/(the annoying way)
I/ backup your global folder and textures.bin in car folders
II/Delete GlobalB.lzc (or rename to GlobalB.lzc.BAK) and rename GlobalB.BUN to GlobalB.lzc
You must also disable GlobalMemoryFile.bin , to do that, delete (or rename) GlobalMemoryFile.bin
and make a copy of FrontEndMemoryFile.bin and name it as GlobalMemoryFile.bin
III/replace the numbers textures with neon or licensplate
texutres if this option replace numbers same thing if it replace decals using nfstexed
7-if followed method a launch the game via umod or texmod and see the difference
if followed method b just open the game and see the difference

personnaly i prefer the method a because its easier and can even have larger quality like 512*512 or 1024*1024 "better quality" unlike method b
