Hello,
This is my very first upload. It is not really a tool but this is the most apropriate place to upload it, This file contains ALL!! the exact modifications for the blacklist cars performanace right down to the last grain of paint xD so if you download have fun enjoy
and please feel free to critise* in any way shape or form and let me know how I could improve it, I have done my best to make it as user friendly as possible I had done alot of planning and aranging then re-aranging to get it right for you people, also forgot to mention I think it's the first of it's kind I looked everywhere for one but couldn't find one.

and don't bother getting the pinkslips anymore Just make the bleepin' things :p
