That rather looks like M3 2003 set replacing MUSTANGGT and that looks like Jewels' Ford won in pinkslip. I recognize rims, hood, COLD FUSION decal on windshield and Mystic spoiler.
But I might be wrong of course.

Actually, the mods you stated were correct, since I tried to make it as...er...'jewelly' as possible (I love racing her). But in fact, this car replaces the M3 GTR (Street)..but the spoiler is stock and the paint cannot be modded.
