This car is converted to GTASA by Shaefft and I converted it to NFSMW. I also made a custom performance for the car.
You can buy this car for 28000. And it is already available at the start of the career mode.
You can customize the following:
Spoilers
Rims
Performance
Paint
Rim paint
Vinyls (warning use only CONTEST VINYLS)
Custom Gauges
Window tints(update; thanks ark-x)
Bodykits(update; thanks juvinile)
Roof scoops(update; thanks juvinile)
FAQ:
Q: I see there are no bodykits for the car, so there would be disappearing opponents?
A: No! opponents would appear properly
Q: Do you also accept car request?
A: I only accept car request from my friends:P
Q: Why did you updated it?
A: I want to change its performace data, and now it replaces CTS so that you can also use JUVINILE's Dacia Logan;). And I also added some modifications to the car:D
Q: Is this the last update?
A: Yes
Q: How many bodykits are there?
A: Six including stock. There are only 2 designs of bodykit. Bodykit 1,2&3 are the same. Bodykit 4&5 are the same.

1>Download first mw modloader by arushan here: http://www.nfscars.net/file/view/mostwanted/6464.aspx
A. Extract the zip file of the modloader
B. Run install.exe
C. Click next then click install
D. Click Finish
2>Extract the zip file you downloaded
3>RUN Lexus IS350.exe
A. Locate your nfsmw directory\ADDONS\CARS_REPLACE
by default its in: C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Most Wanted\ADDONS\CARS_REPLACE
4>Click Install
5> Run the game and test the car:) IT REPLACES CADILLAC CTS

I started in nfscars by requesting cars from the authors. Then i was able to learn how to make vinyls. After some months, i realized that instead of requesting for cars, why dont convert it by myself? So I started with this Lexus. At first it was really hard. But after you are done with it, you will be proud of it:D
Well first of all I would like to thank all of my friends: Fox, he taught me how to make car performance. CTRdesign, he was my first friend who inspired me in my conversion. He also gave me some tips. Juvenile for helping me with my car. He helped me a lot with my car. Ark-x Stylizer for teaching me how to compile the textures. And also for Ishaan and all of the people whom i forgot to mention, Thanks for your support:)

umm cool i guess. im not really into the luxus's (except that one in The fast and the furious tokyo drift game (the one with an a))
EDIT: I've just driven it and it is awesome. I beat razor with it and I'm using it for my new profile. It handles like an evo (the best handling) and it goes as fast as a lambo (the best speed).
But i got this other mod for a Saleen S7-R and it's hard to beat cos it goes like 400 k an hour but i managed. so umm yea.
I also have a request.
can u plz make a car that is a pancake on wheels and it replaces fiat punto. (i mean like a fantasy car).

1: Unzip the zip file you downloaded
2: Open the Lexus IS350.exe
3: click accept
4: on the destination folder click BROWSE
5: locate your Car_Replace directory!
6: Click OK
7: Click install
8: Run the game
