Actually you can just extract the blacklist vinyls from the Vinyls.bin of the car used by a blacklist racer.

theres already a file called fantasy blacklist vinyls in the cars section. So you dont need to download this file.

This is just a small tool for someone who don't want to find the right replace place himself. I spent most time on looking for the ID. By the way, I uploaded it on Mar 23, it is my birthday, too!

NO! Use MWTex. Try re-downloading it.

well, apart from the fact that you have the same rims on each car (apart from Razor's 'Stang) and nearly all of them have the wrong kit, their're very nice.

First, plz back up the vinyls.bin. Now, to replace, Open the MWTex, load the vinyls.bin. Than u can see the numbers of vinyls on the left side. Then, open the replace.txt, it will tell u the numbers of the vinyls to replace. Right-click the vinyl to replace, and click "Import". Choose the dds file according to the replace.txt. The program will update the vinyls.bin. Replace all the vinyls, and u can run ur game and enjoy.
