Description

Here's a screamer. 2200 pounds. Mid-mounted transverse inline 6 that revs to 11 grand. Runs to 200 mph. Gauge layout concept stolen from an Italian show car from the 70's.

I wish I still had an NFS4 computer so I could properly review it XD

What I can say:
From the screenshots, the styling of the Arrow looks to seek residence with that of latter-day GT Racing cars like the Ford GT-40 and Ferrari 250 LM, yet provides a modern twist of Red Cloud-ish touches mixed in to provide beauty of both the modern and nostalgic varieties. On the inside, drivers appear to be confronted with a poster of modern design peppered with modern details: the neutral-yellow color scheme and wheel-mounted gauges are executed in a brilliantly modern fashion, yet the elegantly thin steering wheel spokes and simple, comfortable curve of the dash reminice on better times, when Ferrari and Chaparrel and Lola were cleaning up on racing tracks.

The car creates a similar mood to the old Red Cloud supercar, but this car has decidedly more grown-up styling details that create an edgy overal design, whereas the Red Cloud's rounded, slightly bulbous design was pleasing without question, but provided the beholder with a distinctly 90s flavor. The new styling is sexy, almost gentile to witness, with only modest intakes and vents placed only where absolutely needed, as not to cut out of the gorgeous rolling sculpture. The nose is sharp and edgy and dares the pilots of lesser automobiles to even imagine overpowering it. Then the sheet metal swoops bach, largely smoothing out to a lazy, muscular arse with tall, dignified tail lamps with which to flash at your opponents as you effortlessly wisp by.

So in conclusion: gosh I so wish I could drive it; it must be a monster on the road. But my ear-to-ear pleasure has been severly compromised by an incompetent (and thoroughly dead) NFS4 computer, which was the only in the house that could run the game. But I may take a shot at fixing it if only for just a short burst behind the wheels of the three or four Intruder models I've missed recently...
