what does it do?
I think it's the mouse cursers in NFS4 made to be available for use outside of NFS4.

These are nice. ARe they originally extracted from the game or did you make them yourselves?
ALso when does the Not Allowed cursor come in the game? I haven't seen it till now.
Not Allowed shows up in the online menus, when you click Ready to Race and hover your mouse over an option.
Looks neat, I'll probably give them a shot. ;)
I tried them out...and I give them a 10/10. Amazing job. I usually do not like weird cursors that I am not used to...but I might just have to keep these ones for a while. =)

Did you know there's a middle-finger cursor hidden in the game's innards? Obviously
it doesn't show up anywhere in the game. :)
