Someone have created a tool called damage improvement or something like that!
Where can i find it?

Use the data folder, gamedata is only in NFSIII:HP

Your Readme is wrong, you say: put the "sfx.qfs" into the the following folders of you nfs4-directory:
...\data\gamedata, but is "...\DATA\GAMEART"
