i have some problems installing the game.

the fileplanet download doens't work fine.

i get a corrupt files message.

if some one else have the same, please, let me know.

Fileplanet download gives me a CRC error in Group10 file while extracting... I already downloaded twice...

then we have to try another place.

I got it from Worthplaying (I think that's what it was called, LOL) USA Mirror #2. Just about 600 kb/sec and no problems installing.

Game itself is something else. Mixed feelings for now. The handling of vehicles feels slugish, almost like you steering doesn't make a difference ingame for a certain ammount of time, hard to explain. Runs smooth on my computer, 2.4ghz x 2, 2gb ram, 7900 GTO... But it's not maxed out graphics... Damage is cool, physics in crashes are pretty cool, camera sways kind of funky so I'll probably drive with the hood or bumper cam... I'm guessing the full thing will be a bit more realistic, hopefully be able to turn off TC and ABS, but we'll see...

I think so. Just remember it's only a taste on Pro Street, it's short, crappy, sluggish, but that's Need for Speed demo for ya. Give it a try if you want. The E92's a major disappointment, it handles like a cow. GT-R' cool, but it's pretty slow compared to E92. That's life, huh. GT-R's super easy to drift though. :P

can someone help me, when it goes right to the race it goes to a black screen and an error message comes up with dont send or send. my specs are:

AMD XP Athlon 2800+ 2.09Ghz
ATI Radeon X800 Pro
Asus A7N8X-X motherboard
Nivida Nforce Sound

Just download it from filefront.com, no problems whatsoever. I only get one serious problem, in menus it works ok, but whenever i want to start race, the game crashes to desktop. If the full game will be same, i'm not getting it.

same with me westblade but only mine goes into a black screen,hmmm i wonder if the filefront exe. program for pro street is corrupted or something.....

is the filefront download mirror bad or something, im going to try other sites but other people have problems with filefront and i downloaded from there and my screen goes black when i go into a race.......

im trying to download the demo from nfscars.net. when i downloaded it from filefront.com i got an error message saying it couldnt copy something. somewhere around group 10 i think...

HEY!! something worked w/the demo! i extracted the files to my desktop instead of to a folder and i didn't get an error! i dont know how the game will run when i play it though... hope 4 the best!

I expect much better from the full game, cause I didn't really like the handling...

anyway, the demo is short, only 2 races :(
plus, there is a handling and braking assistance in Casual and Racer dificulity, wich sux.
The game is allmost impossible to steer without a a PC steering wheel, well atleast not so good :(

The car damage is not so highly detailed as i thought it would be, but for a first try after 7 years (HP2 dosent count :) ) , is pretty good! :o
i run the game on 800x600 and semi-high settings, my v-card dosent allow more :(
